What clients say about the PLL:
"In 2016 Partnership Learning Loop carried out two studies for us. The first one concerned a study into the perceptions of Dutch Civil Society Organizations and their Southern partners about Dutch non-financial support; the second one was about collaboration among Dutch Civil Society Organizations and about the relation between Dutch Civil Society Organizations and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Both studies generated important insights into the operations of Dutch civil society and into the factors that contribute to their effectiveness. Partnership Learning Loop developed an innovative methodology for the studies which added to their value. The experts of Partnership Learning Loop, Rita Dieleman and Helga van Kampen, had an open attitude and the cooperation with them was very fruiful and cordial. They invested a lot of extra time into the studies and they worked fast. We were very happy with the cooperation.'"
